Curriculum Coverage

Autumn Term

 

Year 3 have had a lovely start to the new term! They are enjoying our English unit 'The Princess and the Pea' where they have been using expression to act out various characters from the book. In Maths, children are learning to partition numbers up to 1000! We took part in active Maths outside where we used different movements to run to numbers. In Science, we have been investigating friction using a toy car and different surfaces.
